Spring Hill ISD accepts a limited amount of out-of-district student transfers. Click HERE for transfer information.

Items needed for registration:
● Student Birth Certificate
● Student Social Security
● Student Shot Records
● Parents Driver’s license
● Proof of Residence - must be in Spring HIll school district

Please call 903-323-7821 to report student absences for the day. Please leave a message.

When a student returns to school after an absence:
● Send a parent note with the date of absence, and the reason for the absence.
● If absence is 3 day’s or more, a Doctor note is required to excuse the absence within 3
days of the absence.
● Students will drop off notes in the front office with the receptionist.

If traveling:
● Please make contact with a principal or counselor and attendance prior to your trip for

● A note is also required with dates and reason for absence
Funerals, Family emergencies, competitions, leaving the country, vacations etc.
